Deanne’s son Ryan, who joined Motsenbocker Properties in January 2016, has a Business Management degree from San Diego State University along with his Real Estate license. Ryan also coaches youth basketball in his spare time and as a captain and point guard of his high school team, understands the importance of teamwork and communication to achieve great results. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism with an emphasis in Advertising from the University of Oregon (GO DUCKS!) The knowledge and skill that I accumulated during my years in advertising come in quite handy, as the proper marketing of properties is extremely important in attracting the right buyer prospects to YOUR property! I know how to market!

I also have a Masters Degree in Counseling/School Psychology. I worked as a school psychologist when by children were young. (They didn’texperience the crazy hours that a Realtor works until they were older!)

My counseling and psychology background are extremely helpful when negotiating with people that are making such important life decisions. Buying and selling a home can be stressful…my background, education, experience and communication skills make it less so for my clients.

I constantly study the real estate market and explore new tools and technologies to benefit my clients. I am out talking to area residents and fellow Realtors everyday in order to always keep my finger on the pulse of the market.
